Production Line
JYC operates two modern manufacturing bases in Shaoguan, China and Malaysia, with a total area of over 350,000 ㎡ and 60 fully automatic production lines. Our annual output reaches 43 million batteries, supporting global customers with stable supply.
We have built a full industrial chain covering lead alloy smelting, in-house plate production, battery case molding, carton making and equipment R&D. JYC is the first manufacturer to apply CCDR punching technology to energy storage batteries, and masters core processes including TTP through-wall welding, heat sealing, inner formation and AGM technology.
Our complete workshops include injection molding, plate making, assembly, charging and packaging. A strict quality control system with 9 testing departments ensures 100% full inspection for every battery before delivery.
JYC produces a full range of lead-acid batteries for industrial energy storage, automotive start-stop, truck parking, marine, motorcycle and other applications. We provide professional OEM/ODM services with a standard lead time of 30–45 days, delivering high-quality products worldwide.
OEM/ODM
We specialize in full-chain OEM and ODM services for energy storage batteries and lithium-ion batteries, tailored to meet customized needs across diverse scenarios and helping partners accelerate product launch.
OEM Services:
Based on your complete design drawings and technical specifications, we handle mass production, inspection, and delivery of battery packs. Private label customization is available, with strict adherence to your design standards to fulfill bulk supporting requirements for energy storage equipment and other applications.
ODM Services:
One-stop turnkey solution from demand to finished product. Our engineering team will customize voltage (24V/48V, etc.), capacity, and even housing size and color based on your specific use cases, while managing certification, mass production, and delivery seamlessly.
